1 General Provisions

wwj2 is an online casino and betting platform serving adult users in Bangladesh. To use this platform, you must meet the following basic requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be a Bangladeshi citizen or legal resident.

2 Account Registration

• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or identity is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing your account with any third party is prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to wwj2 immediately.
• wwj2 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification (KYC). Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restriction or suspension.

3 Account Suspension & Closure

wwj2 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or any irregularity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or violation of bonus terms.
• Detection of suspicious money laundering activity.
• Attempts to exploit technical errors on the platform.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting the wwj2 support team.

4 Deposits

The following mobile payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on wwj2: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits through any other method are not accepted.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• You must only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through or from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• wwj2 reserves the right to verify the source of payment when necessary.

5 Withdrawals

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from wwj2:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• wwj2 may require identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal.
• Winnings earned from bonuses require wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal (see Section 6 for details).
• wwj2 may reject or delay a withdrawal request if fraud is suspected.

6 Welcome Bonus & Wagering

The wwj2 welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.

To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a 25x wagering requirement means a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• The bonus offer applies only once per account.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit after bonus activation.
• The eligible games and conditions at the time of receiving a bonus may vary across different promotions.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• wwj2 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 VIP Program

The wwj2 VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on active participation and gaming activity on the platform. wwj2 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

8 General Gaming Rules

All games on wwj2 are operated using a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer system, ensuring fair and uncontrolled outcomes. Each game result is independent and not influenced by previous results.

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error or malfunction, wwj2 reserves the right to void that round or return the placed bets.
• If a connection is lost during a game, wwj2 will review the circumstances and take appropriate action.
• It is recommended that you read the help page for each game to understand its rules.
• In sports betting, bets cannot be changed once confirmed.
• wwj2 reserves the right to change games, odds, or betting options at any time.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wwj2. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of collectively earning bonuses (collusion).
• Unfairly exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Fraudulent behavior toward other members.

10 Use of Personal Information

13 Dispute Resolution

14 Limitation of Liability

The wwj2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. wwj2 accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connection interruptions.
• Third-party software or hardware failures.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
• Financial losses resulting from losing a game — gaming is inherently risky.

15 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The applicable law governing the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will be determined, and any disputes will be resolved through the designated judicial authority. It is the user's responsibility to comply with the local laws applicable in their area. Online gaming may be legally prohibited in your area.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy in translation or interpretation, the original Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. Any delay by wwj2 in exercising its rights under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
